How is Tavendo WebMQ Licensed?
All WebMQ commercial licenses entitle you to
- Deploy a single instance of WebMQ in a production environment on 1 server
- Perpetual use of the software
- Receive software maintenance for 12 months - including all product updates and online support
Licenses differ in how many database instances can connect to WebMQ, and which Oracle Database Editions WebMQ can connect to.
The WebMQ trial license entitles you to use all features of
the software for evaluation purposes, including running multiple instances.
Running WebMQ in a development, test or production context requires a commercial license.

"Starter", "Standard" and "Enterprise" licenses are perpetual, allow deployment of a single Tavendo WebMQ instance on a single physical or virtual server with no CPU cores or memory limits, and include 12 months of software maintenance.
How much does maintenance renewal cost?
All commercial licenses include 12 months of software maintenance, i.e. product updates and online support, starting from the date of purchase.
You may renew software maintenance for a licensed instance of WebMQ for additional periods of 12 months.
Such renewals start at the expiration of the current maintenance period, regardless of time of purchase.

How much does a license upgrade cost?
License upgrades are possible at any time. The upgrade process is quick and and simple, and all your settings and configuration is preserved.
Upgrades include 12 months of software maintenance from the date payment is processed.
Upgrade prices are discounted by 50% of your initial license fee.
